In this regard, Dimenara and its associated individuals and firms have notable experience in providing consulting to foreign firms in their expansion plans in Spain as well as to Spanish firms abroad.

Real estate

Dimenara offers consulting in the real estate sector for Spanish firms abroad and for foreign firms in Spain.

With this aim, the Company can call on the collaboration of a network of associated professionals and companies firmly established in their respective real estate markets.

Through this network, Dimenara has over the last few years, completed successful operations for Spanish clients or in Joint Ventures with them, in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Prague and Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic). These investments focused on the acquisition and promotion or restoration for later sale of hundreds of apartments and complete buildings. At present, other new opportunities are being considered.

In addition, Dimenara acts as a real estate broker in Spain together with associated professionals or firms with long experience in this field.

Since its incorporation in 1995, DIMENARA's principal area of activity has been the provision of both corporate and financial consulting as well as strategic consulting on the marketing positioning of companies.

In addition, DIMENARA specializes in advising firms on the internationalisation of their activities, their international investment deals and identifying importers, suppliers and strategic partners or allies. The Company has extensive experience in facilitating this process through collaboration with organizations and associates in the target countries which specialize in the market positioning of foreign companies and international corporate operations in those countries.
